Yes. The sections above it come off first, the new section goes in, and the upper sections go back on top of it.
Will the new section match?
If the maker still makes that section, yes, matched to style and color. If it's discontinued, we'll say so at the door and price a new door for you instead.
Is a dented panel worth replacing?
Not always. If the section still runs straight and the dent is only cosmetic, it's your call. If it's bent across the hinge line or cracked, the door can bind, and that section should come out.
